Welcome...

Our company's name is: A PERFECT LAWN.  We specialize in hydro seeding ( a cost effective way to get a new lawn started ) and most of all, in customer service and satisfaction.

THE PROCESS

Hydro seeding is a grass planting process.  The process is fast, efficient and economical.  This grass planting process is more effective than conventional seeding and certainly more economical than laying sod.

We begin the process by mixing mulch, premium seed, fertilizer and water into our large, industrial Hydro Seeding machine.  The mixed material is then pumped from the tank and sprayed onto the ground thoroughly and evenly.  Once applied to the soil, the materials we use enhance the initial growth by providing a micro-environment beneficial to seed germination.

THE BENEFITS OF MULCH

By applying the mulch in a mixture with the seed to the soil we reduce the moisture evaporation from the soil, while at the same time providing additional moisture to the seed which is essential.

VARIETY OF USES

A PERFECT LAWN specalizes in residential lawns but is capable of handling significant landscape applications such as golf courses, parks and soccer fields.

In addition to seeding areas with grass seed, we can also hydro seed with seed that is native to Arizona and wildflower mixtures.

COST EFFECTIVE

The cost of having your new lawn hydro seeded is approximately half the cost of sod.

Our low prices make it affordable for anyone to have a beautiful green lawn without having to sacrifice in other areas.

PREMIUM QUALITY GUARANTEED

We use only certified, premium quality seeds that we apply generously with our certified turf mixtures.

Call today and you can soon experience the joy of an inexpensive PERFECT LAWN.

Our goal is 100% wall to wall type coverage on all jobs , but 85 % coverage is an acceptable outcome for us. ( the seed will cover more as time goes on and the grass begins to mature and grow ) Some soils are not able to grow grass and that is something that we have no control over and can not guarantee.

No job too big!

Or too small!
